Fusion Youth! is a Multilateral Youth Exchange to perform in the north of Madrid, from 21st to 30th October 2014, in which 40 young people from five countries in the euro area (Spain, Italy, Romania, Croatia and Estonia), aged between 18 and 25 years work for ten days with the issue of UNEMPLOYMENT, CREATIVITY and These issues will be worked through dynamic animation, participation and proposal, in order to be dynamic activities supported expression techniques, verbal and nonverbal communication, etc., which provide it with dynamism to the Exchange at the same time contribute to the strengthening and transmission of values and experiences to ENTREPRENEURSHIP as background activities. the participants in the thematic identified.
Attività:
Some of the activities included are: discussions, roundtables about youth unemployment, creating an informative blog and a video-blog, creating an informative fanzine in participants’ own languages. All this, through games and activities that promote the integration and participation of all participants. During the work in Fusion Youth! The participants will come up with designs that can be considered on a personal basis by each young that knows this project and who will receive positive feedback and attitudes regarding the actual situation so that, they can help to improve the effects of the current crisis from their own stance. We will vanquish weariness and lack of motivation from the basis through teaching of the young, who will join the Labor Market, of motivation tools so they don’t interrupt their studies too soon and finish their academicals formation successfully. Furthermore, we will promote ideas as ways to overcome the crisis. Thus we shall generate a high esteem for new models of a working career, starting from alternatives based on less-known options such as working system cooperatives or personal working life progress in the third sector. With all these, we will provide the necessary tools for the participants so they are able to choose their future.
Obiettivi del progetto:
we will work on developing the following objectives: To know / to learn;
– Important aspects about Estonian, Croatian, Italian, Romanian and Spanish cultures through the exchange of experiences and proposals.
– The use of audiovisual tools.
– Discover the advantages of audiovisual technology to disseminate awareness material to the challenges in the project.
– Advantages of working in youth teams to achieve group goals.
– Know about the work we develop partnerships in our communities and the realities of our environment.
– We will strengthen our knowledge and identity of the European Region.
– YOUTHPASS learn and profit from the tool
– We’ll reflect (to strengthen the attitude)
– About the development of sensitivity to global environmental challenges facing our planet in general and our region in particular.
– Analyze, through activities and individual participation, the importance of building healthy habits.
– The active participation of adolescents and youth projects will be encouraged.
– We will participate in debates and discussions on the challenges facing our regions.
– Evaluate ourselves the project, noting all its fundamental aspects and providing timely follow.
– The importance of formal and non-formal education as a developmental and personal growth tool.
Accomodation:
The place for accommodation will be Fuentenueva youth hostel. This is a municipality building. It’s a very nice place, comfortable and with all the necessary for the optimal project development. It should be noted, that there isn’t a hotel. We must to keep clean the spaces and meet the standards. It’s also important to make clear that we will sleep in two common bedrooms. Condizioni economiche:
– per lo scambio saranno rimborsati il 100% dei costi di trasporto su un massimale di 170 euro
– vitto ed alloggio sono a carico dell’associazione ospitante al 100%
– Quota di partecipazione 85 EURO di cui 40 euro valida come tesseramento con Scambieuropei 2014 e 45 come quota di partecipazione
